24 held on suspicion of enlisting suicide bombers

“Twenty-four people suspected of recruiting al-Qaida suicide bombers for Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia and with links across Europe have been arrested in Morocco. The interior ministry in Rabat, which did not specify when or where the arrests were made, said the activities of the network had been co-ordinated with terrorists in Sweden, Belgium and the ‘Syria-Iraq area’, presumably the border between the two countries. ‘Large-scale’ operations were being planned, it added.
